Each 75-minute Holistic Healing session is a personalized experience designed to align your energy and restore balance. Bernadette channels intuitive guidance to uncover energy blocks and medical issues that may be affecting your life force energy and optimal health.. Through a combination of powerful healing modalities, you’ll leave the session feeling clearer, lighter, and more connected in mind, body and spirit.

• For first-time clients, receive a beautiful tool, Yolk or Beat, to deepen your connection to the healing work and integrate the meanings revealed during your session. 

For clients who are located overseas or prefer the convenience of a remote session, 75 minute  FaceTime appointments are available. This option provides the same transformative healing experience as an in-person session, including energy clearing, chakra alignment, sound meditation, and intuitive guidance. (The book and meditation are not included in remote sessions.)
